Excellent service, great price
I highly recommend Luke and AirDynamics. Our 20-year-old
HVAC units were starting to become a bit risky—who wants
them to die in the middle of an Austin summer? We got quotes
from three different providers—Luke and two "service
companies." The service companies tried scare tactics with a
woman and totally missed/neglected to mention that we had
lost all the insulation around my ducts (what was going to
happen when they actually were doing the work? "oh ma'am, it
turns out that....and for an extra $$$ we can fix it...."?).
Luke came in, did a thorough review, described everything
that he found, and gave me honest recommendations. His bid,
with everything, was on par with the service company (the
ones that didn't mention the ducts). His specs units were
the right size (not too big, not too small), so that we
didn't overpay for something that we didn't need. His team,
when they came to install, were clean, courteous, efficient,
and friendly. During the replacement, a small fissure
appeared in our ceiling. Luke came right out the next day
and fixed it, with no fuss. We have now had our first
electricity bill with our new units and have already seen a
$50 to $75 reduction in our bill. I highly recommend Luke—he
does air conditioning/HVAC, and he does it well.
Great service
One of my central A/C units went out recently, and Luke
replaced it with a bigger, more efficient unit. During the
process of deciding on an upgrade, he made recommendations
but did not push, and went through the pros and cons of each
of the options I was thinking of, from size to brand to SEER
rating. He never seemed impatient or too busy to answer the
questions I thought of. I am very satisfied with the unit I
finally ended up with; it cools my upstairs better than the
old unit, which I think was undersized (ran a lot, and
couldn't keep up on really hot days), and my computer room
is now cool with the extra duct he put in.
Cool Hand Luke
I did considerable research before choosing Austin
AirDynamics. I was naturally concerned about trusting my A/C
system to a stranger, but the reviews I read about AAD were
so overwhelmingly positive that I made the call. I'm very
glad I did. Luke was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and
skilled. He diagnosed my problems quickly, and he and his
assistant had my long-standing A/C problems fixed in no
time. The house is now the coolest it's been since we bought
it, and the total cost was unbelievably reasonable. I don't
remember the last time I was this pleased with a service
call.

AirDynamics's salesman was very knowledgeable on the
products, did not try to sell me services and goods that I
did not need, and answered all my questions. The install was
a clean, neat, professional job done within a day of when I
accepted their bid, and for exactly the price quoted. I
highly recommend them and will use them again when my older
unit also fails.
Exceeded even my high expectations...
My experience with Luke Garcia and AirDynamics was truly
extraordinary. The job was done on time, on budget, and the
installation, which was extensive (included a completely new
HVAC and duct replacement), was truly better than expected.
The HVAC unit that was installed ended up having twice the
warranty when compared to the original quote, and the
installation included an additional duct run that
dramatically increased the effective heating and cooling in
our home. AirDynamics falls into the category of service
providers who are committed to exceeding customer

Luke Garcia and his crew were professional and on time. I
got 3 quotes; they were very similar, but Luke was the only
one who showed up on time and provided me the quote when he
said he would. His service was excellent and we were very

Great service, and a great price too. Actually understood
what I wanted (unlike some others out there)
I was looking for a "ductless mini-split" A/C system. These
are pretty new to the USA, but popular overseas. They are
sort of halfway between a window unit and central air. I
called several local companies, and only one knew what I was
talking about. The one that did said "we have a guy who has
put in one or two of those." Luke knew exactly what I
wanted, and his techs had installed quite a number of these
systems. He gave me a quote for a full heat pump installed.
I was surprised, since it was less than I thought I'd be
paying for a cooling-only system. We discovered that there
would be more work involved in the installation than we'd
planned, but the techs took on the problem without
hesitation. In spite of the additional work, they only
charged me the original quoted price! Great service, and a
courteous staff.

Price quote was very good. They have lived up to their high
rating in regards to my installation of a new heat pump
system. Also, the job site was completely cleaned after they
left; they even vacuumed my carpets around the work area. I
highly recommend these folks.

I've been in the air conditioning business all of my life,
and Luke is one of the most honest and friendly A/C
professionals I have known anywhere.
Excellent customer services
When my tenant called and said the air conditioner had quit
working, I cringed. However, Luke was willing to listen to
the symptoms of the problem and make a diagnosis. Luke also
made an appointment that fit my tenant's schedule. Luke
called with specific information (before completing the
work) about the problem, with an estimate that seemed fair
and let me breathe easier. Luke was very polite, and I felt
comfortable giving him my credit card information over the
phone to pay for my bill. After completing the job, Luke
faxed me a copy of the invoice and a credit card receipt,
which showed what had been charged to my account. Hats off
to someone who truly knows what "excellent customer service"
means. Thanks so much. I will call if I ever need you again.

I had my A/C go out, and the next afternoon called
AirDynamics. Luke Garcia set up a time and was here on the
dot the next morning. I had some electrical problems with my
condenser, and he and his employee Alex had it fixed in no
time. Luke was the most courteous and straightforward
technician I have talked with in a long time. I really
appreciate the service, price, and most of all knowing that
there are still good people who do good work. I will
definitely refer them to anyone I know who needs some A/C

Great Prompt Service; Very Efficient
I called on AirDynamics for service and repairs; they
responded promptly to my needs. They are efficient,
reliable, and dependable. I am truly satisfied with their

Great Service
It's Sunday night. I made a call, left a message, and had a
callback in a couple of hours. The owner was at my house an
hour later. He had my A/C fixed within 30 minutes (wires
weren't conducting electricity). He stayed long enough to
make sure that the house cooled off. I can't imagine going
another night without A/C. I highly recommend these guys.
